My desire is to give spectators a total experience. My theater is visual, vivid, and visceral. My goal is to engage with the audience members and help them realize the power of their freedom to interpret.

I spent five years of my life (2007-2012) in Avignon, studying literature, Latin, ancient Greek, and theater at the university. I was also trained as an actor at Le Conservatoire d’Art Dramatique d’Avignon.

In 2013, in partnership with some of my classmates from Le Conservatoire d’Avignon, I co-founded my own theater company: Collectif La Cohorte. In addition to my personal goal of writing and directing my own shows, our collective ambition was to bring theater out of the big cities and into the small villages, far from the artistic places.

In 2014, we debuted Le Festival de théâtre d’histoires courtes in the cities of Saint-Yan, La Clayette, and Reyrieux. The Festival is a weekend cultural event that fuses works of visual, video, and theater artists. The first edition featured a program of twelve shows, exhibitions, and installations of 20 minutes or less. During two days in each city, every municipal facility turned into a stage, hosting more than seventy performances and an average of seven hundred spectators per weekend. The Festival continues to this day in Saint-Yan, La Clayette, and Reyrieux with municipal, county, and governmental cultural department sponsorship.

Year after year with Collectif La Cohorte, I asserted myself with my esthetic and increasingly radical artistic choices, while simultaneously learning the business and administrative skills required to produce a show from scratch, and design within constraints.
